Rachid Essedik is the North Africa Representative for the African Evaluation Association. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Management from ISCAE Rabat, complemented by additional qualifications in social protection and environmental studies from renowned institutions such as the University Paris-Est Créteil.

As the Regional Coordinator at the Agency for Social Development, he demonstrated strong leadership and coordination skills in overseeing initiatives within the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra region. His tenure as Director of Human Resources at the Ministry of Health underscored his proficiency in strategic HR management and organizational development.

Rachid’s contributions extend beyond administrative roles, as evidenced by his advisory position to the Minister of Health, where he provided strategic insights and recommendations to enhance healthcare policies and programs. Additionally, his tenure as a Consultant and Advisor for agencies such as the National Agency for the Promotion of Employment and Skills (ANAPEC) reflects his ability to offer specialized expertise in various socio-economic initiatives.
