
Rachid ESSEDIK
Rachid Essedik is the North African representative for the African Evaluation Association. He is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in a wide range of fields, including public management, social development and environmental sciences.
He holds a Master’s degree in Public Management from ISCAE Rabat, complemented by additional diplomas in social protection and environmental studies from renowned institutions such as the University of Paris-Est Créteil.
Throughout his career, Rachid has held key roles in various organisations, demonstrating his versatility and expertise. He was Regional Coordinator at the Social Development Agency, where he demonstrated strong leadership and coordination skills in overseeing initiatives in the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra region. His tenure as Director of Human Resources at the Ministry of Health highlighted his competence in strategic human resources management and organisational development.
Rachid’s contributions extend beyond administrative roles, as evidenced by his position as advisor to the Minister of Health, where he provided strategic insights and recommendations to improve healthcare policies and programmes. In addition, his tenure as a project manager with agencies such as the National Agency for the Promotion of Employment and Skills (ANAPEC) reflects his ability to offer specialised expertise in a variety of socio-economic initiatives.
An important aspect of Rachid’s professional portfolio is his extensive experience in conducting evaluations and advisory missions for various social development projects.Rachid’s skills include project management, training facilitation and training engineering, enabling him to design and implement capacity-building initiatives tailored to specific organisational needs.
