Frankline Ojong
Agbor Frankline Ojong is a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Specialist and Data Scientist with over 12 years of experience supporting development and humanitarian programmes across Africa. I hold a Master’s degree in Human and Social Data Science as a Chevening Scholar, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation, which has strengthened MY expertise in results-based management and evaluation systems.
I have demonstrated strong leadership throughout my career, serving as President of the African Students Society at the University of Sussex in England and as the Founder and pioneer President of the Cameroon Society of English-Speaking Evaluators, he has also served two terms as Vice President of the Cameroon Development Evaluation Association, contributing to the advancement of evaluation practice in the region.
Professionally, I served with leading international organizations such as German International Cooperation (GIZ), the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), and the International Rescue Committee (IRC), where i led the design and implementation of M&E systems, supported capacity building, and promoted data-driven decision-making. I am passionate about strengthening evaluation systems, advancing digital transformation, and building professional capacity across Central Africa.
