Alphonse Boyogueno is an experienced expert in project monitoring and evaluation, with over 25 years of experience, holding the position of National Monitoring and Evaluation Manager at the National Community Development Program (PNDP), where he advises on monitoring and evaluation systems, manages project data and quality assurance, facilitates communication between project partners, and coordinates project planning and activities, having evaluated projects across Africa funded by various international partners, and holding qualifications in project management and economic analysis. Alphonse is the Central Africa Representative for the African Evaluation Association
