ZOETYANDE has over 9 years of experience in the field of program monitoring and evaluation. He is currently a Technical Advisor in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning at Pathfinder International. Prior to this position, he worked at Options Consultancy Services where he contributed to several core evaluation mandates for civil society organizations. As a senior consultant and associate consultant, he has participated in the evaluation of several programs in Burkina Faso in various fields (health, education, employment, and environment). His areas of expertise are research-action; socio-economic studies; design, organization, and implementation of quantitative and qualitative surveys; analysis of quantitative and qualitative data; digitization of data collection; evaluation of projects and programs; impact assessment of projects and programs; support-consulting in monitoring-evaluation to NGOs, CSOs, and state actors.

Saturnin Zoétyandé holds a master’s degree in quantitative and econometric methods for health research from the University of Aix Marseille (AMU), a master’s degree in economics from the University of Thomas Sankara (formerly the University of Ouaga 2), and a bachelor’s degree in statistics from the Graduate Institute of Population Sciences (ISSP). He has received several high-level training courses in program evaluation through the International Development Evaluation Training Program (PIFED) of the National School of Administration in Quebec City and the CLEAR program of CESAG in Senegal. Academically, he is a lecturer in data analysis and quantitative evaluation methods in public and private universities (New Dawn University, Nazi Boni University, Polytechnic University Center of Kaya) in Burkina Faso at the Bachelor and Master levels.

In the associative world, he held the position of co-responsible for communication at the RF-Ee(Francophone Network of Emerging Evaluators) 2016-2018. He is a member of RéBuSE (Burkinabe Monitoring and Evaluation Network) and co-leader of the thematic group of emerging and young evaluators of RéBuSE. He is co-chair of the African Evaluation Association (AfrEA) Youth and Emerging Evaluators Network.
