Madagascar Association for Evaluation (MASSE)
Profile Details
For now, MASSE is the only National Network on evaluation in Madagascar. Its objective is to promote the culture of evaluation in the country by building the national capacity for monitoring and evaluation and by promoting the use of evaluation by government services. MASSE, therefore, built partnerships that can help improve and push the buy-in of evaluation services. MASSE is now negotiating the resources to conduct its Strategic Planning session with technical and financial partners. MASSE is also holding talks with one University to implement the first cursus in Development Evaluation in the country.
