
Moses MASHINGAIDZE
Moses MASHINGAIDZE is a distinguished Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting, and Learning Specialist with over a decade of diverse experience spanning development sectors, non-governmental organizations, and consultancy. As the Southern Africa Representative for the African Evaluation Association (AfrEA), he brings extensive expertise in the design and implementation of M&E frameworks, systems, and methodologies.

His leadership in the field is reflected in his significant contributions to the South African Monitoring and Evaluation Association (SAMEA), where he has served as Deputy Chair, a dedicated board member, and continues to play a vital role as a legacy member. Through these positions, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to advancing M&E practices and mentoring the next generation of evaluators.

Currently pursuing PhD studies in Evaluation Studies at Stellenbosch University, Moses is deepening his academic and practical understanding of M&E, with a research focus on the institutionalization of M&E systems in Namibia and Kenya. His blend of hands-on experience, leadership in professional associations, and ongoing research uniquely positions him to contribute to the evolution of M&E across the continent.
