Alphonse BOYOGUENO

Alphonse Boyogueno is a seasoned expert in project monitoring and evaluation, bringing over 25 years of experience to his role as National Monitoring and Evaluation Manager at the National Community Development Program (PNDP). In this capacity, he provides strategic guidance on monitoring and evaluation systems, oversees project data and quality assurance, facilitates effective communication among project partners, and leads project planning and coordination efforts.

Throughout his career, Alphonse has assessed development initiatives across Africa, collaborating with various international funding partners. His expertise is backed by strong qualifications in project management and economic analysis. He also serves as the Central Africa Representative for the African Evaluation Association, contributing to the advancement of evaluation practices in the region.
