Adeline Sibanda is the President of the African Evaluation Association, she sits on the board of IOCE and is a member of the EvalPartners Management Group as well as EvalGender+ Management. She also serves on the Peace Building Evaluation Consortium advisory board and on the boards of Sedgeperk and Surge Africa. She is the managing consultant for Troparg Consultancy Services and director for the Pacific Institute, Zimbabwe. Adeline has 25 years’ experience in the development field with specific focus on gender responsive evaluations organisation and leadership development.
She has worked in over 20 African countries with clients such as the World Bank, African Development Bank, USAID, UNDP, UNFPA, UN Women, WFP, OXFAM, CIDA among others. She has provided training on evaluation in the region and internationally and has supported organisations and countries to develop monitoring and evaluation policies and systems. She has experience in evaluation both as a user, commissioner and an evaluator. Adeline is passionate about coaching and mentoring individuals particularly young people to reach their full potential and operate at high standards of excellence in their God-given talents.
